In order to help you achieve your healthy weight loss goal, the program will offer a weekly workout, weekly log, Calorie logging and personal coaching. In order to participate, you must already own a Device that measures Calorie Burn or buy one. Expect to be pushed and held accountable.

Elite Body Camp Personal Trainer in Gurnee ILSundays, October – December

Program is designed for athletes wanting to reach their “Race Weight”. The program will help you determine what goal will help you race your best with regards to mass to speed.​

In order to participate, you must already own a BodyBugg or buy one. This will be an aggressive program and you will be pushed and held accountable. Please note that the program meets every other week.

All Year

Group runs happen all year from the studio. Every Thursday at 5:30am a group meets to do a 5 mile route. Some will do a few more miles. The pace ranges from 8 minute miles to 11 minute miles. The route allows all abilities since it is an out and back. You will be part of the group whether you are fast or slow.

Throughout the weeks more runs happen by smaller groups or as advertised.

April-June

This Program is designed for those either doing their first TRI or still new to the sport.​

The program will include:
  • 8 week program
  • 1 sessions a week
  • Weekly training checklist to be prepared for the next session and a Sprint TRI
  • Swim, bike, run, transition and fueling coaching
Requirements: You will need to have your own swim suit, goggles, safe bike, approved helmet and running shoes.

Warmer Months

​Weekly rides will happen from the studio parking lot. These start in April and run until October depending on the weather.  Historically a Thursday 6pm intense interval ride and a Sunday early morning long ride will happen throughout the warmer months. The longer Sunday ride is an out and back route where you can do 20-55miles(or 2 laps for 110). Many rides are randomly organized through the weeks by smaller groups of riders. Sunlight and road conditions dictate the plan.  Sundays usually start around 830am early and late in the year and then move to an earlier time.

Program will focus on perfecting the long run. Coaches will help with pacing, understanding heart rate and fueling. A weekly weekend session will offer hydration stations so you don’t have to carry so much. You will be supported up to 2.5 hours.

AUDREY CRADDOCK  yoga instructor

I first began practicing yoga as a way to reduce the stress and anxiety caused from my demanding job and busy life.  Instantly, I fell in love.  It also became quickly apparent what a beautiful compliment the practice was to my running routine and other physically demanding workouts.  Not only did the aches and pains from being so tense for so many years start to melt away, but I found myself much more in tune with the present moment, able to truly slow down and appreciate life.  As my practice developed, I could feel my anxiety and stress dissolve with each passing day, as my mind and body felt stronger and more alive…cultivating a feeling of contentment, peace, and strength.

My journey into teacher training felt like a natural one, fueled by a desire to deepen my own practice, along with a good deal of encouragement from my teachers.  I completed my 200 hour training through Blue Sun Yoga with Wendy Dahl and Adam Braun and am a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance.  I’ve also completed training through Connected Warriors, an organization that offers yoga to military veterans and their families and loved ones.  I’ve experienced firsthand the incredible healing benefits this practice has to offer and consider such experience a gift.  Teaching enables me to share this wonderful gift with my students just as my many amazing teachers have done and continue to do so with me.  Creating a fun and relaxed environment in which students of all levels can come into and feel comfortable is my goal with each class.  Smiling, laughter and not taking ourselves too seriously are highly encouraged!  My hope is that students are able to find comfort in their own practice and leave class feeling a little more alive in their mind, body and spirit than when they first arrived.

​In my free time I enjoy running, hiking, traveling, riding motorcycles and listening to good live music.  I run a few races each year, which, in the past, have included the Maui Half Marathon, Rock-n-Roll Chicago Half Marathon, the Elgin Fox Trot 10 Mile and 5k, The Shamrock Shuffle, and a variety of local 5k’s.  I believe that staying active is key to a long, happy and healthy life.

JASON MING  yoga instructor

I was extremely active and loved playing sports as a kid. I became a workaholic (manufacturing engineering) into my 20s and neglected my health and wellness. I gained weight eventually peaking at 260lbs. 

I woke up between 2004-2009 and developed a new love for working out, running, cycling, nutrition, meditation, and yoga and it changed my life. I qualified for the Boston marathon and am currently training for my first Ironman Triathlon. I love life, all things athletic, and helping other people. I am grateful for all I am able to do everyday.

I became an RYT200 certified through Blue Sun Yoga in 2015. I have a calm teaching style influenced by Ashtanga and Anusara yoga but I teach to the individuals in my class with a strong focus on the breath, mindfulness, and meditation. My specialty is teaching yoga to athletes to compliment their training and improve their lives.

Local Triathlon Training and Coach in Gurneee Lake County IL TFP offers many sessions to help you reach your goals with Triathlon. 

​A session can have many purposes:

  • Technique Analysis – a review of your skills to allow for suggestions so you can focus on suggested drills during your own workouts.
  • Video Taping – provides you with a visual of what you have been told and feel, but can’t see.
  • Accountability – when scheduling a session, you will not miss this swim workout for any excuse.
  • Structured Workout – your personal TFP coach will design the workout to help you reach your goals with speed, technique and/or endurance.
