I – Can – Tri
April-June
This Program is designed for those either doing their first TRI or still new to the sport.
The program will include:
- 8 week program
- 1 sessions a week
- Weekly training checklist to be prepared for the next session and a Sprint TRI
- Swim, bike, run, transition and fueling coaching
Requirements: You will need to have your own swim suit, goggles, safe bike, approved helmet and running shoes.
