April-June

This Program is designed for those either doing their first TRI or still new to the sport.​

The program will include:
  • 8 week program
  • 1 sessions a week
  • Weekly training checklist to be prepared for the next session and a Sprint TRI
  • Swim, bike, run, transition and fueling coaching
Requirements: You will need to have your own swim suit, goggles, safe bike, approved helmet and running shoes.
