Youth Triathlon Training GroupYear Long Group

This program will teach skills, safety and fun with the sport of Triathlon. The group will target a few kids TRIs during the year. Here are the details:

Coached workouts- swim, bike, run and resistance

ages 11-14

May-August will offer a Full Program Registration option

All Months offer register as you go option for a-la-cart sessions that fit in 

Requirements: 

  • be able to swim 50meters non stop
  • have a safe bike and helmet
  • bike rear tire needs to be non tread for Compu Trainer sessions
  • shoes just for running
  • acceptable workout attire for sessions
  • stay out of trouble with school, grades and the law, zero tolerance with no refund
