Outside: Swim, Bike, Run
TFP offers many sessions to help you reach your goals with Triathlon.
A session can have many purposes:
- Technique Analysis – a review of your skills to allow for suggestions so you can focus on suggested drills during your own workouts.
- Video Taping – provides you with a visual of what you have been told and feel, but can’t see.
- Accountability – when scheduling a session, you will not miss this swim workout for any excuse.
- Structured Workout – your personal TFP coach will design the workout to help you reach your goals with speed, technique and/or endurance.
