The Fitness Pursuit (TFP) offers private personal training and group training programs at our location in Gurnee and "on-site" locations in Lake County, IL (for outdoor training).

Our private personal training sessions allow for one-on-one attention from our experienced trainers who will guide you through each exercise safely and effectively. This option is perfect for those who prefer more individualized attention or have specific fitness goals in mind.

Our group training sessions are a great way to workout with friends and meet new people while still receiving personalized attention from our trainers. Our small group sizes ensure that each participant receives proper instruction and form corrections throughout the session.
