TFP offers session to help you reach your goals with swimming.  A session can have many purposes:

  • Technique Analysis – a review of your stroke to determine what you should focus on during your own workouts and suggested drills will be given.
  • ​Video Taping – provides you with a visual of what you have been told and feel, but can’t see.
  • ​Accountability – by having a session, you will not miss this swim workout for any excuse.

​Structured Workout – your TFP coach will design the workout for helping you reach your goals with speed, technique and/or endurance.
